Exercise - for minimum 1 hour (but I encourage you to try 6) move on 10% of your normal speed while simply doing everyday activities, like washing dishes, cooking, reading, scrolling on your phone, having a shower or dancing (of course).
The life keeps moving fast outside of you, news in the background, water dripping because of the gravity.
Can you slow down not just your limbs, but your thoughts as well? What is possible and what’s not? How full simple activities can feel? How time feels afterwards?
This exercise can be seen simply as a form of meditation, as a way to practice controlled movement and awareness or as a quite protest against cult of productivity.
Warning! don’t plan anything important afterwards, you might feel extremely tired especially if you chose to do it for 6 hours.
