Light pollution is a global issue. For some places. Darkness is an issue when the powers cuts happen. Theater spaces are a chance to rest from the light pollution however due to the safety black outs are almost impossible. Darkness becomes illegal. The temptation is there and the complete darkness is only in the eyes for a short moment after the light is gone. Latvian collective were wild enough to go on the ice in freezing cold and windy night to do the light design with matches only. Not like a great show but what an experience. The video is speeded up, because who wants to watch the darkness? Wrong assumption, but anyway it is speeded up. So technically the light speed is also speeded up here.
